While wrapping up my athletic career and stepping into the “real world,” I struggled to balance a demanding schedule with a sustainable fitness routine. I burned myself out trying to do it all—strict meal plans, endless cardio, two-a-days—only to realize none of it was working long-term.

That’s why I started Strong 4 Life and created my signature coaching system, built specifically for ex-athletes and women who want to look and feel confident again.
