What is up y'all!! My name is Madie and I am so excited to help you reach your fitness goals! I grew up an athlete and was always super active. I never had to worry about my weight or what I was eating. Once my basketball career ended it all caught up to me and I gained weight and felt completely lost and alone. After years of trial and error, dieting and frustration I finally figured out the secret to sustainable weight loss. And that is why I am here today. I want to help as many ex-athletes make the transition from sports to regular life seamless and less miserable.
